Independently authored Building Prototype Reference Handbook as an in-house resource. The reference manual has been developed as a real-time digital toolkit of AutoCAD building prototypes covering a range of densities from 5 du/ac to 150 du/ac and a mix of unit types including detached single family units, attached townhouses and multi family apartments with podiums.
Concept plan for the conversion of March Air Field Base into a transit oriented development with retail and parking facilities. Study was sponsored by the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) to promote a stronger link between region wide transportation and land use planning and encourages sustainable development solutions that fit local needs and support shared regional values..
Site planning and preliminary capacity for a 3000 unit Greenfield development along the edge of Clovis, CA. The plan accommodates approximately 1500 units in an area of 175 acres and comprises of a gamut of unit types including mixed used podium buildings, single family and townhome clusters and live-work lofts all connected by an open space and trail system.
Concept planning for integrating a multi-use recreational park with proposed transit village. Pedestrian circulation and landscape design strategies for connecting proposed transit station and parking facilities with the recreational park. Preliminary site capacity study for a 400 unit residential development with stacked flats and rear loaded townhomes averaging a density of 20 DU/Ac. Sponsored by SCAG for Compass Blueprint Program.
Density, building type and open space studies for Adventure City Specific Plan – City of Stanton. Design recommendations and test of alternative open space and circulation concepts with city staff, project developers and project architects.
Toll Cupertino: Zoning Entitlement and redevelopment of 26 Acres of Hewlett Packard property with a new mixed use residential and retail community. 100,000 square fee of retail, and 350 for-sale home in three distinct housing types and 50 affordable rental apartments, a 3.5 acre public park in addition to private open spaces.
Toll Mayfield: Redevelopment of 27-acre Hewlett Packard Office Center site straddled across the cities of Mountain View and Palo Alto, with a new neighborhood containing approximately 600 for-sale homes. Community outreach, Visualization studies and stakeholder negotiations.
450-500 unit Transit-Oriented Residential Neighborhood Design and Brownfield development. Coordination with Visitacion Valley Design Guidelines (City of San Francisco) and the Brisbane Baylands Specific Plan.(City of Brisbane). Collaborated with Geo-tech and Environmental consultants to integrate remediation strategies with urban design principles.
Assisted Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin in developing grant application for $20m HOPE VI funding for the redevelopment of Sierra Vista Homes. Replacement of existing distressed public housing with 513 new homes leveraged by Community & Supportive Services Programs and Tax Credit Funding Incentives.

Riverfront development plan for the Sacramento Docks Area. Plan elements include landuse planning, exploring range of densities and open space configurations. development of urban design guidelines for mixed-use neighborhood. Incorporate stakeholder inputs from local community, Sacramento department of economic development, Mayor’s office and the Department of Parks and Recreation.
Part of the competition team that won the first place in the International Competition. Development plan for 24.7 sq.kms of land along the Huangpu Riverfront to revitalize the city's various urban nodes. Essential component to the plan involved the development of an open space system that creates a city-wide park and green corridor along the length of the study area.
Land use planning and design of 525-acre development site in the City of Brisbane. The northernmost 80 acres are proposed as a transit-oriented development with a multi-modal center as its hub. The plan promotes a mix of land uses to complement the village character, support local retail, and increase utilization of the multi-modal center.
